v1.10.1

A dependency and release-process update over 1.10.0. The client, LangChain and MCP bridge
packages change only in version; the Docker images are rebuilt with the updated dependencies.

Changed

• Controller dependencies: Pillow 13.0.0 (#208). The GHCR images for 1.10.0 were built before
  that bump, so latest, 1.10 and 1.10.1 now carry it.

Fixed

• Docker images publish only from green CI on main. A v* tag already had to point at a
  commit on main for docker-publish.yml to push the X.Y.Z, X.Y and latest image tags.
  It now also needs a successful CI push run on main for that exact commit, the same gate
  release.yml has had since 1.10.0. edge and sha-<commit> are unchanged: every push to
  main still publishes them.
