终端命令启动器（零依赖，约 9 KB）

• 安装终端命令 dsh-go：输入即启动 harness + 自动打开浏览器
• 自动检测：源码目录（pnpm dsh web）或已安装 CLI（dsh --profile web）
• 与 harness CLI 完全无冲突（默认命令名 dsh-go）

安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-launcher
