  • Added a self-contained WorkBuddy Skill package and one-sentence installation guide.
  • Kept Codex and WorkBuddy on the same canonical pipeline implementation.
  • Added checksum-verified installers with automatic backup of existing WorkBuddy installations.
  • Added a no-spend doctor and cross-platform distribution validation.
  • Preserved the delivery contract: RunningHub is internal-template-only; only the final LycheeAILab zeroshot MP4 is delivered.

Installation validation is local and does not submit paid generation tasks.
