Adds an independent reference-video workflow: accept a local upload or authorized Douyin URL, preserve the original transcript, and create a structurally rewritten speaking script. Douyin downloading is installed with the Skill through yt-dlp; users do not need a separate downloader project. Browser cookies are used only with explicit permission. Also restores the mandatory portrait-quality gate and supports either a reference voice or existing speaker_id in the complete workflow.
