Avatar Forge 2.1.1

Fixes update detection for existing customers. Adds an authoritative VERSION marker, makes doctor verify manifest/version consistency, detects the legacy standalone Skill name collision, and updates Codex installation guidance to migrate old copies safely. New marketplace installs follow the official repository so future version bumps can be discovered; checksummed WorkBuddy releases remain pinned.
