NoteSignal v0.1.0 is an early public preview of a bilingual Xiaohongshu research notebook.

  • Load the unzipped folder as a Chrome unpacked extension to capture one visible note, review fields, save local observations, and export CSV/JSON.
  • An optional Python/Playwright runner uses a separate visible Chrome profile, a bounded search sample, curved mouse movement only to identified note cards, and incremental JSON output. Import that JSON from the extension Library.
  • Verification and account-warning pages halt collection. The runner does not like, follow, comment, publish, use hidden APIs, or export cookies.
  • The included screenshot is the actual empty extension UI. Live signed-in Xiaohongshu collection has not yet been accepted on a user account; selectors may need adjustment as the site changes.
