• Five more server modules over the length limit are split with no change in behavior. endpoints/system.py moves local-model switching to services/runtime_llm.py, background jobs to services/runtime_jobs.py, and the doctor, logs, and backups routes to endpoints/system_ops.py. services/client_config.py moves path lookup, the client registry, config-file editing, and the configure, remove, and status operations to client_paths.py, client_registry.py, client_text_edit.py, and client_operations.py. services/local_llm.py moves server discovery and its wire helpers to local_llm_discovery.py and local_llm_wire.py. services/analyst/verify.py moves citation and term checks to verify_citations.py and verify_terms.py. core/graph_index_worker.py moves its git state and index_repository to core/graph_watch_state.py and core/graph_index_repository.py. Callers of the client_config operations and path helpers now import them from the new modules.
