What happened?

Checkpoint Manager Unable to Be Interacted During DLs

While downloading models the Checkpoint Manager won't allow interacting with models, by this I mean can't left-click (won't do anything) and right-click performs the same while a certain downloads are in-progress.

Steps to reproduce

1- Use Checkpoint Manager to download a model from models with a CivitAI page with multiple models on the same page (different outfits, characters but same page)
2-While its downloading in certain cases it becomes uninteractable (in relation to Checkpoint Manager options, ex. changing the metadata to read as NSFW from SFW.)
