Unable to update ComfyUI

What happened?

When trying to update ComfyUI it fails because of models\checkpoints directory not being empty

Had to delete many of 'put_your_xxxxx_files_here' files from multiple directories due to this bug in order to update successfully.

This change seems to be the cause of the issue. It may not relate to the commit message, but I’m not certain. The other changes in the commit look consistent with the message.
