strange behavior with activity window when working with two monitors

What happened?

the activity window pops up on the second monitor. It's like when the other monitor is on the left and the StabilityMatrix is deployed on the right monitor. Maybe it's a Windows bug. But I would like the activity window to always display correctly on one monitor and not pop out on others.
