Make previews better..

seems after adjusting a value for a format it requires deseleting and reselecting the file for it to update the preview compression.

also make it possible to preview the format compression for another format if the image was a png and I only want to have a jpg should be possible to check the format compression per formats and just disable the formats I don't want based on compression/quality ratio seen....
