CUETools 2026.1.0 - unsigned preview r4

Unsigned evaluation build from release-windows run 31761144070 on commit 8ef0e1a. Not releaseable as a signed artifact; for evaluation only.

This replaces the withdrawn r1-r3 previews. The repository history was rewritten on 2026-08-13 (commit-message cleanup; file trees byte-identical), which invalidated the hashes cited by the earlier previews' evidence archives, so those releases and tags were removed at the owner's direction. The receipt for that operation is docs/review/2026-08-13-history-rewrite.md. This build's evidence archive cites the rewritten history and is self-consistent.

Assets: the CUETools 2026 WPF app (win-x64), the classic 2.2.6 suite, the release evidence archive (receipts, hashes, SBOMs), and SHA256SUMS.txt over the three zips.
