AgentMemory for Codex on Windows 0.1.0-preview.1

Initial public source preview of an independent Windows/Codex downstream based on AgentMemory v0.9.29.

Included: managed Codex hooks, exact-project writes, source-labelled federated recall, optional loopback-only local Qwen graph extraction, and Windows build/install documentation.

Development disclosure: most downstream changes were generated and revised by OpenAI Codex from user requirements. Validation is based on automated tests and live Windows/Codex testing; the owner did not manually code-review the source, and no independent audit has been performed.

This is source-only. It is not an official upstream release, an upstream npm package, a signed installer, or a promise of upstream support.

Evaluate with Codex on Windows

If you want Codex to help evaluate this source-only preview, open the repository on native Windows and ask it to follow INSTALL_FOR_AGENTS.md. That runbook verifies the pinned native input and source checkout, treats the installer as validation-only by default, and requires explicit approval before any -Execute cutover. Stop on any hash, ownership, path, manifest, or predecessor mismatch.
