Changes

Support more indicator delimiters
This will make it a lot easier to parse more complicated and ill-formatted documents.

Report some common syntax errors
This will make it more convenient to catch common errors and thereby save a lot of time.
Errors that are detected include:

1. A warning is emitted when the parser doesn't know whether the next line contains an option or a question.
2. An error is emitted when an indicator is empty.
3. An error is emitted when "*" is in the wrong place.

The program now stops execution when at least one error has been reported.

Better UX
Now there is a separation between the button to choose a file and the button to create a quiz.
Also, the "Create Quiz" button reports on the progress.
