Magic Money - Version 0.11.0

Welcome to Magic Money Beta, a multi-chain self-custody crypto wallet built for the modern developer and power user.

About Magic Money

Magic Money is a multi-chain self-custody wallet available as a Chrome extension, Electron desktop application, and Android app. It is designed to provide seamless interoperability and transaction management across Cardano, Solana, EVM-compatible chains, Bitcoin, Polkadot, Tron, Dogecoin, and privacy-focused networks.

Release Notes (v0.11.0)

Cardano joins Magic Swap, the wallet gets a whole new wardrobe of art themes, and site connections can now expire on their own.

What's New — Cardano Swaps

  • Swap Cardano tokens inside Magic Swap. Routes come from Minswap (V2 orders) and Danogo pools.
  • Every Cardano swap transaction is checked by the wallet before you sign it. The wallet refuses a build that pays an unexpected party or doesn't match the quote.
  • Order status is tracked after you sign. A pool swap only counts as done once the chain confirms it actually succeeded.
  • Cardano swaps are new: please start with small amounts.

What's New — Art Themes

  • Art themes are full skins with their own frames, textures, buttons and fonts: Mallard Order, Sealuminati, Emonad and r3tards.
  • Material themes: Liquid Glass, Brushed Metal, Leather, Velvet, Walnut and Royal Blue Silk.
  • Sovereign, an animated champagne-and-obsidian theme unlocked for holders of its partner NFT collection on Robinhood Chain. The wallet checks ownership on-chain.
  • Palette finishes for your own colour themes: Glass, Flat, Fine Grain and Soft Fade, with an optional two-tone surface switch.

What's New — Safer dApp Connections

  • Auto-revoke site access (Settings → Security, off by default). Turn it on and every connected site and WalletConnect session is disconnected automatically when the countdown ends.

Also in this release

  • Security update (Android and iOS): the app framework (Capacitor) is updated to 7.6.9, which fixes a critical issue where remote content could be loaded as if it came from the app itself.
  • Swap straight from your portfolio: tokens you can swap now have a Swap button in the Tokens tab.
  • Hide and Spam are merged into one button.
  • NFT gallery: a new Mosaic layout, faster image loading, favourites that sync with your ChainLens account, and fixes for missing IPFS/Arweave artwork.
  • Android browser: dApp and website navigation buttons no longer sit under the system bars.
  • Swap reliability: EVM swaps that follow a token approval are more robust when a node is slow to catch up.
  • Settings now lists Security and Software Update above Appearance.
