Adds highlight ruleset highlight/QC_UEFI.json for Qualcomm Patina (sc8480xp)
UEFI / Advanced Logger logs, plus renderer level registrations.
Levels: error/warn (keyword-based), I2C iStatus error, version
(Bootchain/SAM/Runtime Mode/Commit Hash/Patina), hwinfo (Program/SKU/Memory/
Build ID/SoC/Tdm Board/Storage + SPINOR vendor), socsn (SOC Serial Number),
fru (TDM FRU anchors), nvram (two dump formats), gpio (two formats),
membucket, perf (UEFI boot performance), boot (UEFI Start/End, EBS).
Renderer: register new levels in ANA_RANK + anaLevelLabel; en/zh i18n labels.
Custom colors auto-assigned; highlight/ already shipped via extraFiles.
