Start the RDP session without sound rather than not at all.
FreeRDP ends the whole connection when /sound or /microphone finds no PulseAudio-compatible server. ldm now looks for one before starting xfreerdp (PULSE_SERVER, $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/pulse/native, /run/user/<uid>/pulse/native, /run/pulse/native) and passes it on in PULSE_SERVER. If none answers, it leaves the sound options out and logs why.
