Patch for Windows 11

  • Changed DateTime parsing regarding mismatch between what is supplied in Windows 10 (dd/MM/yyyy) and Windows 11 (MM/dd/yyyy)
  • Fixed "Load" button not enabling after the first template import from an empty profile list.
