A channel test no longer runs on settings you have not saved.

The Test button waits until you save. On the webhook, ntfy, email and Telegram cards, Test always sends through the settings that are saved, not what is in the form. After you changed a field, the card still showed "Saved" from the last save and Test quietly used the old settings. That is how a webhook switched to the Gotify format kept failing with the old message body. Now the "Saved" note goes away as soon as you change something, and Test stays off with a short "Save your changes first" until you do. Thanks to @sreeramachandramurthy, whose screenshot in #947 showed exactly this.
