deweloperuch-mcp 0.1.3 adds native Windows support to the CLI, MCP server and Claude Desktop extension.

• Windows 10 (1903+) and Windows 11 are supported with a local NTFS cache directory. Cross-process request pacing, crash recovery and STOP records use native Windows file locks and atomic replacement.
• Fractional-area valuations show a caution that the upstream service may ignore the fractional part. Requested area and upstream amounts are preserved in CLI and MCP output.
• The CLI agent skill checks the available command groups and uses the explicit Python package when another executable named deweloperuch is installed.
• PowerShell installation instructions, a new project icon and website links are included.

Install the .mcpb extension from this release, or run uvx --refresh deweloperuch-mcp. Upgrade a uv tool installation with uv tool upgrade deweloperuch-mcp, or a pip installation with python -m pip install --upgrade deweloperuch-mcp.

Validation includes the offline suite and CLI/MCP startup on Windows, macOS and Linux with Python 3.11 and 3.13, plus wheel, sdist and extension smoke checks. No test calls the live deweloperuch.pl service.
