Docs: document agent clarifying questions feature

The MCPJam agent panel now supports inline clarifying questions (ui_ask_user), and the docs have been updated to reflect this.

Changes:

• Added a Clarifying questions row to the agent capabilities table in inspector/home.mdx
• Added a paragraph explaining how the inline question card works: 2–4 choices, a "Something else" free-text escape hatch, continuation behavior on answer, and dismissal behavior on new message or Stop
