HDSL 0.2.1-rc.3

HDSL 0.2.1-rc.3 — DeepSeek Harness launcher for Windows, Linux and macOS.

This is a pre-release: it is not the latest release, and nothing asking for the
latest version will be offered it.

Requires a Java 21 or newer runtime (no JVM is bundled), the same as the .deb declares.
macOS users take the .dmg or .zip; the standalone .sh below is the Linux build.
Windows users take the .exe, which needs Java 21 installed.
