benchmark-pr.yml reverts PR deletions under site/data/

#1434 deleted site/data/results/fulmine.js-tuned.json; the bot commit fdd0e63 put it back, so the board still shows a fulmine.js-tuned row for an entry that no longer exists (rows come from results/*.json, not frameworks.json).
