Two UX fixes for the MCP, no breaking changes:
Filenames. convert_document now accepts a fileName parameter so downloads have meaningful names (no more content-1778298071915.docx). When not provided, the MCP derives a name from the markdown's first H1 heading.
Smarter tool description. Claude was sometimes ambiguous about whether 'pdf' meant a single file or DOCX+PDF in a zip. The tool description now spells out exactly what each format returns, tells Claude to ask before calling if the user is ambiguous, and tells it to call list_all_templates first when hitting 'template not found' errors instead of silently falling back to its built-in code execution.
