SharpLogger Version 2.5.2.260

• Enormous rework of the logger project. Pretty much the whole thing was rewritten
• Now supports any number of logging output locations and allows for simple configuration from either JSON or the built in structure types to be provided into the initialize routine
• Converted the LogBroker and LogArchiver into static classes that will be shared across all files regardless of their locations/owning objects.
