If so desired, i could roll all these changes into the main PR and call it a day. I'm just of the habit of keeping PRs small in scope and unrelated. |

Updated the lock file, as well as patched the pathfinder_simd crate to use the github until a new crate is released. skia is updated to 0.70.0 because that's the first revision that has binaries for aarch64-unknown-linux gnu available for it. Now that these are done, releasing aarch64 binaries on flatpak should be trivial
