Update Anouncement (v1.3)

Version 1.3 has been changed to a bug fix release following some critical patches having to post pone the menu up date, here is a list of the following bug fixes and added features:

Bug Fixes:

• Mobs not spawning in the Prairie biome
• Mobs going invisible after death
• GUI overlapping with JEI
• Removed the 1.12.2 ID limit

New Features:

• Additional tweaks
• More blocks
• Dirt Deco mod
• Item Zoom
