Backup and Restore: NOT WORKING

Describe the bug

I have the latest version of 3x-ui and wanted to back up the settings before updating the geo files. After the update, XRAY stopped working and I couldn't roll back, so I reinstalled 3x-ui and added the SSL certificate.
After reinstallation, the panel had the same website URL and port, but with a different username and password. When I attempted to restore using the previous backup, it prompted me that the panel was restarting, but it got stuck on that page.
When I reload the page, it doesn't load at all. When I open the terminal and run "x-ui", it shows that both the panel and xray are not running.

How to repeat the problem?

Attempt to restore from a previous backup
The system shows "panel is restarting" message
Process gets stuck and doesn't complete

Expected action

The backup should restore successfully, and the panel should restart properly with the previous configuration.

Received action

The restore process gets stuck on the "panel is restarting" page. After reloading the page, it doesn't load at all. Running "x-ui" in the terminal shows that both the panel and xray services are not running.

This report predates a substantial rewrite of the DB backup/restore path (validate the imported DB in a temp file, then atomically swap with a fallback restore, followed by migrations). We can no longer reproduce the original failure on current builds. Please upgrade to the latest release and reopen with the panel log from an import attempt if it still fails for you.
