[Feature request] Adding routing rules subscription

Hi, I'm always frustrated with adding routing ruleset to a new device/client app. Each time I need to export it from a device and transfer somehow to another.

Describe the solution you'd like

v2rayN/v2rayNG client apps support adding rulesets from subscription URL (via QRcode for v2rayNG). It would be greate if you could support ruleset subscription in your panel and Telegram bot similar to inbound subscription.

Great idea! Since the documentation says that the subscription overwrites the locally configured rules, we would like the rules to be able to be queried through the subscription. More specifically, I'm interested in split tunneling. For example, geoip:ru traffic should not be tunneled, but all other traffic should be tunneled.

@VitLy, thank for your infromation. Can you provide an example of it? I can't find any docs about format and etc.

@hkctkuy It works only with Happ app. Crate routing in app settings - routing and export it. The link looks like "happ://routing/add/eyJEaXJlY3RTa......". Then add it in 3xui Panel settings - Subscription - Information - Routing rules.
The connection and routing name must match in the client application. After renewing your subscription, routing will be added.

For example. I have 2 nodes (5+5 clients). I want different routing rules for each node or diffirent rules per client. But we have only global routing (Panel settings - Subscription - Information - Routing rules). Any solution?
