Feature request: Add External Proxy field for inbound with VLESS-REALITY

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The 3x-ui v2.8.11 does not show the "External proxy" options when the stream security of an inbound is set to "Reality". Therefore the server address of the client configurations cannot be assigned.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the "External proxy" options for inbound using Reality as stream security and limit the TLS field to just a single option, "same", similar to inbound with websocket.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There is no webui alternative. Manipulating the database is the only option for now.
