v 3.0.0 WebUI failed

Describe the bug

After updated to v3.0.0, the XRAY service works properly, great. However, the WebUI is not working.

Docker logs:

$ docker logs 3x-ui

How to repeat the problem?

1. $ docker compose update
2. visit the webui of 3x-ui via a web browser.

Expected action

A working new WebUI page comes up.
