Worked example for electroMICA

This release contains a set of example files to test the electroMICA pipelines.
Download the file and unzip it in a folder of your choosing.
Then point the test folder in the included_example.py file to the folder where the example files were unzipped.
You can then test the iEEG and Scalp EEG pipelines by running included_example.py
The files is a minimum set of files necessary for electroMICA to run.
It also includes the pre-computed final results for this example to compare against the locally produced results. Intermediate files are not included in the example files to reduce the size of the compressed file.
To visualize the results you can use the workbench software from the HCP. First load a surface, and the the overlay map(s).
