  • issues: generic state --to <closed> now runs assertClosable so the
no-self-close guard can't be bypassed; add a --force escape hatch
  • skills: resolve skills/ or mind-skills/ bundle via isBundle() check; read
positionals from args._ instead of filtering rawArgs
  • rename pod.mindpods.org → pods.mindpods.org across docs/tests
  • sync package-lock to 0.4.0; add test/skills.test.mjs

…ls resolution

- issues: generic `state --to <closed>` now runs assertClosable so the
no-self-close guard can't be bypassed; add a `--force` escape hatch
- skills: resolve skills/ or mind-skills/ bundle via isBundle() check; read
positionals from args._ instead of filtering rawArgs
- rename pod.mindpods.org → pods.mindpods.org across docs/tests
- sync package-lock to 0.4.0; add test/skills.test.mjs

…sent (CI)

The fallback-to-sibling test needs the real ../skills checkout, which CI
doesn't have. Skip it when absent, matching the existing golden-fold test.
