Admission H&P / progress notes — available in any MIMIC-IV module, or is MIMIC-III the only source?

Greetings.

We are credentialed users working with MIMIC-IV v3.1 and MIMIC-IV-Note v2.2
(discharge summaries and radiology reports) on a hospital-documentation
research project.

Three questions:

1. Does any current or planned MIMIC-IV module contain admission-time
   physician documentation — admission H&Ps, physician progress notes, or
   similar? The MIMIC-IV-Note description lists only discharge summaries and
   radiology reports, so we want to confirm nothing else is available or on
   the roadmap.

2. If not, is MIMIC-III's NOTEEVENTS table (Physician / Nursing / General
   categories) the recommended source for admission-era notes, and are there
   known caveats about which years or care settings those categories cover?

3. Is there any supported linkage between MIMIC-III and MIMIC-IV patients
   (shared identifiers or a crosswalk) for the overlapping 2008–2012 era, or
   should the two be treated as unlinkable cohorts?
