MIMIC 3 Access Requirement!

Do I need to complete or purchase courses to get access in MIMIC 3? This instruction seems quite foggy.

MIMIC is a freely available database, but you are required to complete a free online course before gaining access. Please let us know how the documentation should be updated to make it clearer for you.

Today I've just got access to MIMIC III and download all the CSV files which are around 6GB (compressed) and 40-45GB (uncompressed).

However, Just to make a quick sure about this, what sort of medical data set is it? Electronic Health Record (EHR) only? Is there no Image file to work on? I haven't explored the data set much, right now just set up whole things. But really eager to know, is it all about some medical text data sets, like structured data?

MIMIC-III is EHR data collected from patients admitted to critical care units (see https://mimic.physionet.org and https://www.nature.com/articles/sdata201635). There are linked waveforms (https://mimic.physionet.org/mimicdata/waveforms/). There are no images as yet, but x-rays will be added in future.
