Intubation related ITEMID are missing mostly

The below list of ITEMID are related with intubation. The reference says that they are mostly found in CHARTEVENTS but actually they are not. Where can we find it?

Yes, 226814 appears 101,809 times and 223059 once. The remaining ITEMID do not appear. The ITEMID that comes up is this:

Itemid 224385 (“Intubation”) also appears 4,514 times in procedureevents_mv.

@pszolovits @alistairewj yes, even though few of the ITEMID does appear in these two tables, it's apparent that the most of the ITEMID are missing. Also if you look at the ITEMID that are available, you can see that those are not the ones we can assume to be the most common ones.

Yeah - unfortunately there is no guarantee that an itemid will be used for documentation.

For MetaVision patients, the d_items table can be treated as a pick list of documentation options. That is, you can choose any of the items in the table to document data for, but you don't necessarily have to use them. As such, you can have itemid which are described in the d_items table, but never appear in any of the events tables as they are never actually used to document data for a patient.
