@cabutlermit and I paired on Renovate this afternoon.

Once we merged #22, Renovate ran and resulted in the creation of this PR (see job on Mend platform). This leads us to the following assumptions:

• Although Renovate ran over the weekend, it was unable to create the PR because the default lockFileMaintenance.schedule value was still ["before 4am on monday"].
• PR Override default schedule for lockFileMaintenance #22 overrides this by setting the lockFileMaintenance.schedule to ["at any time"].
• Conclusion: The extending of schedule:nonOfficeHours defines the global schedule and for Renovate to create PRs for lockFileMaintenance, lockFileMaintenance.schedule should fall within the global schedule.

@ehanson8 @ghukill Let's wait a couple days to see what Renovate does with this PR if it's running daily!

Learnings

• @cabutlermit : Avoid running irrelevant CI actions if only updating Renovate Configs (i.e., didn't make sense for container build and deploys to run for PR Override default schedule for lockFileMaintenance #22).
• @jonavellecuerdo : In PR Override default schedule for lockFileMaintenance #22, naming the branch renovate/reconfigure allowed Renovate to recognize that changes to the config were applied and validated the changes to the config.
