freeathome: warning-free boot via storage-based channel types (test build)

Test build for the upcoming boot-warning PR. The channel type provider persists its generated types (AbstractStorageBasedTypeProvider), so stored things resolve them right at boot: the first boot after installing fills the storage and still shows the old warnings once, every boot after that is warning-free and devices come online seconds after the gateway. Also removes the dangling channel-type:freeathome:config description URI and hardens the device initialization lifecycle.

Built from branch fix/freeathome-boot-warnings, backported to openHAB 5.2.x. SHA-256 627e89b783921fd4738edde70eec55971b3c6c6db9e287838ced8dad6cd79e29.

To test: uninstall the store freeathome binding, drop the jar into the addons folder.
