FF13-2 AP release 0.2.0

Mostly a stabilisation pass to resolve reported issues. Requires the newest available FFModdingWPF Release for compatibility (0.8.2.53+)

AP fixes:
Fix debug log prefix to actually say FF13-2 now to reduce confusion

Associated core rando fixes:
Correct issues with double time duration option on clock puzzles
Add DLC check to generation of an AP modpack to prevent misconfiguration
Script adjustments to ensure that Thorne's Information check can always be obtained even if the associated quest is handed in first
Script adjustments to force that the Archylte sheep are interacted with before allowing the quest to be completed (preventing the checks becoming missable)

Specific check logic fixes:
Correct Yaschas 10 raised area logic
Correct Archylte Grave Ridge (now correctly allows just chocobo access as an access possibility)
Yaschas 1X -> Serendipity area exit now correctly expects a Mog Level
Bresha Ruins 5AF Locked Inside mog levels corrected
