2. Tags 格式：5 个源全部含中文 tags + 空格 tags
- 移除所有中文 tags
- 空格改连字符
修复 tags 即可 merge（域名重复问题不阻塞，是不同机构）。

注意
- diff 显示 60+ "新增" ID 是分支滞后造成的噪音（PR 分支从旧 main 拉出，未 rebase），实际新增文件仅 5 个
- validate CI FAILURE = main 已有 semi.json 遗留问题，与本 PR 无关
可以 merge。下次 PR 建议 git rebase origin/main 后再提交，diff 会干净很多。
