BiblioFuse NAS 0.1.3

Released 2026-07-19.

Changes

  • Renames library management to the clearer Attach library and Detach flow.
  • Adds a six-step Synology DSM read-only access guide and an empty-picker explanation.
  • Adds secure dynamic discovery for DSM shared folders explicitly granted to the
    restricted BiblioFuseNAS account.
  • Adds explicit Content-Length to native JSON responses for released Apple-client
    transport compatibility.
  • Prepares a generic, non-root x86-64 Synology Package Center release candidate with no
    baked-in share, path or private NAS address.
  • Detects the Synology LAN and optional Tailscale interface at package start.

The image supports linux/amd64 and linux/arm64. It was anonymously pulled and
runtime-checked with a read-only root filesystem, dropped capabilities and
no-new-privileges.

Synology package

BiblioFuseNAS-0.1.0-0011-x86_64.spk is now attached to this release, with its
.sha256 checksum. Generic, non-root x86-64 release candidate — no baked-in share,
path, or private NAS address. Verify the download against the .sha256 file before
installing via Package Center → Manual Install.
