Adds a native Claude Code and Cowork plugin manifest plus a Claude-specific identity-preserving MCP bridge configuration. Passes the official Claude plugin validator while retaining Agent Plugins 1.0, OpenAI/Codex plugin, Agent Skill, and MCP Registry compatibility.
