What: A ninth upload target, "openSenseMap STAGING (HTTPS only)", on the /config page directly below the existing openSenseMap block. Independent Box ID + Access Token; posts the standard Luftdaten body to upload.staging.opensensemap.org/boxes/<id>/data?luftdaten=1.

Why: The "new openSenseMap" public beta runs a separate staging stack. This lets a node mirror to production and staging at once during the beta without disturbing the prod openSenseMap config. Verified 2026-06-13 that our existing upload format is accepted unchanged by the staging endpoint (201 "Measurements saved in box").

How: send_osm() refactored into a shared send_osm_to(host, box_id, token, use_insecure) core — production (ingress.opensensemap.org) and staging (upload.staging.opensensemap.org) are now thin wrappers over it. New TX_TARGET_OSM_STAGING + config fields send_osm_staging/osm_staging_box_id/osm_staging_token (X-macro schema), wired through the dispatch table, the status-page Uploads block, and the config boot-dump. HTTPS-only (no plaintext staging endpoint).
