PCem vNextMM RAM disk performance build 20241017

This is a custom version of PCem vNext dev built for performance.

It includes ramdisk feature:

• name your raw image .rdimg / .rdvhd (max 2 GB) (recommended max 1GB)
• use it as image for your HDD (pick "RAM disk images" in file open dialog)
• whole image will be loaded into memory
• changes during use will be lost after the machine is turned off

It's great for having pre-installed read-only OS image, attaching second disk with game to it.

Windows version only release (you will have to build Linux one from sources - branch ramdisk).
