Preparing the 1.0.0 release staged the whole work tree, so the executables downloaded to run the tests were committed and merged here — 61 MB across autotest/mf6, autotest/mf5to6 and autotest/zbud6.

They are removed from the tree. The blobs stay in history, which is not worth rewriting a published release tag over; the PyPI artifacts were never affected, since the build only includes modflowapi.

#113 stops the release from staging them again.
