ci(release): remove the modflow executables committed to main - #114

Preparing the 1.0.0 release staged the whole work tree, so the executables downloaded to run the tests were committed and merged here. They are removed from the tree; the blobs stay in history, which is not worth rewriting a published release tag over. The release no longer stages them.

autotest/mf6,autotest/mf5to6andautotest/zbud6.They are removed from the tree. The blobs stay in history, which is not worth rewriting a published release tag over; the PyPI artifacts were never affected, since the build only includes
modflowapi.#113 stops the release from staging them again.
