This is the bug-report template submitted with nothing filled in — no description, no deployment type, and no ## Diagnostics (auto-filled) block — so unlike most of the short-titled reports in this tracker there is genuinely nothing in the body to work from.

@anormatrx — three things would make it actionable:

1. What you were doing when it broke. The page you were on is usually enough.
2. Whether this is SurfSense Cloud or self-hosted, and if self-hosted, Docker or a manual install.
3. If the app showed you an error toast, use its Report Issue button rather than the blank template. That button pre-fills the error code, HTTP status, request id and page path, which is the difference between a diagnosable report and an unreproducible one.

Without at least (1) and (2) there is nothing here to reproduce.
