Fix v1.0.20 - Add environment variables to GitHub Actions workflow

**ROOT CAUSE FOUND:**
GitHub Actions was building without environment variables, causing Supabase client to fail on initialization. The packaged app had NO access to database because VITE_SUPABASE_URL and VITE_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY were empty strings.

**Changes:**
- Updated .github/workflows/release.yml to pass environment variables during build
- Added all required VITE_* secrets to build and publish steps
- Version bumped to 1.0.20

**Next Steps:**
Administrator must add these GitHub Secrets before next release:
1. VITE_SUPABASE_URL
2. VITE_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY
3. VITE_SUPABASE_PROJECT_ID
4. VITE_WEBHOOK_URL
