Switch to source-build approach: build custom clang with OLLVM

Plugin approach doesn't work with NDK's statically-linked clang
(missing exported symbols, OOM from duplicate LLVM state).

New approach: download LLVM 19.1.7 source, patch with OLLVM passes,
build a custom clang binary. The resulting clang natively supports
-mllvm -sobf/-fla/-bcf/etc.

Structure:
- Obfuscation/ : OLLVM pass source files (LLVM 19 compatible)
- patches/PassBuilder.cpp : patched PassBuilder with OLLVM registration
- patches/CMakeLists.txt : patched Passes CMakeLists with Obfuscation sources
- test/test.c : basic test file
