New: efficiency vs. rated consumption tracking.

• sensor._efficiency: real-world Wh/km bucketed by outside temperature (cold <5°C / mild 5-15°C / warm 15°C+) at trip start, compared against your vehicle's rated (WLTP) consumption
• New config step: pick your Tesla model/trim from a built-in reference table (tesla_models.py) of Tesla's published EU WLTP figures, or enter your own battery capacity + rated Wh/km, or skip
• New optional vehicle field: outside temperature sensor (needed for bucketing)
• Trip records now carry start_outside_temp_c

The model table is best-effort — the Tesla Custom Integration exposes no VIN/trim/battery data, so nothing here is auto-detected from your car. Use 'Custom' in the efficiency step if the closest match isn't accurate for your exact configuration.
