This release brings DirectX 8 / DirectX 9 and 32-bit games into DLSS 5 Neural Rendering, plus a built-in verifier that checks and repairs every install automatically.

✨ Highlights

  • DX8 / DX9 support — D3D8/D3D9 games are automatically bridged through dgVoodoo2 (to D3D11 by default, or D3D12 from Settings), then ReShade + DLSS 5 on top. Defender exclusion is handled with a one-click prompt before any bridge file touches the disk.
  • 32-bit game support — 32-bit titles take the DLSS5-Feeder split-process route: addon32 next to the exe plus an auto-deployed host64\ helper (64-bit ReShade, neural consumer, NGX runtimes) that starts by itself in-game.
  • Verify & Repair, built in — a full port of Verify-DLSS5Feeder.ps1 (15+ checks: ReShade build/bitness, feeder files, host64\, neural consumer, NGX runtimes, d3dcompiler trap, preset + motion-vector provider, GPU/driver). Runs after every patch, auto-repairs what the tool can fix, and warns about what needs you. Manual Verify / Repair buttons on every patched game.
  • Neural consumer choice — Settings now offers RenoDX DLSS 5 (default) or Deep Fried Chicken; switching and re-patching cleanly removes the other one.

🔧 Fixes

  • Old executables (e.g. GTA Vice City) were misdetected as 64-bit/D3D9 because strict PE parsing failed on them — bitness and the import table are now parsed manually, with a mention-count fallback, so classics resolve correctly (32-bit, D3D8).
  • Feeder add-on and shader are now always deployed from the same release build.
  • Driver warning when the NVIDIA driver is below the 616.56 minimum for neural rendering.

📦 Assets

  • DLSS 5 Patcher v1.2.1.zip — app + config.json + full data\, ready to run.
  • dlss5 / feeder / reshade / optiscaler / dgvoodoo / reshade-setup v1.2.1.zip — per-dataset packs (drop into data\ or point config.json at them).

Requires an NVIDIA RTX GPU with driver 616.56+ for neural rendering. 32-bit and DX8/DX9 titles need one game launch before frame-delivery checks mean anything.
